Thank you for shopping at Tahito Toys! We want your experience to be as smooth as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, and what to do if an issue arises with your order.

1. Order Processing Time

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are our standard estimated delivery timelines:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, courier logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

3. Order Tracking Once your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to the courier’s website. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Tahito Toys is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot change the address, and any secondary shipping charges to resend the package will be the customer's responsibility.

  • If your order arrives damaged: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
